Job Vacancies

I- Product Specialist ( Cairo / Alex / Delta / UE )
Job Summary:

1- Note and Communicate market information through the daily operational visits to customers.
2- Build weekly plans for coverage and visits to clients in line with the coverage targets highlighted in the sales plan through categorization of clients, routing for higher efficiency in coverage and revising the plan with the Line Manager.
3- Hold sales calls on target clients with focus on highlighting products/benefits/key selling points and prices/quotations according to the sales script and sales approach devised in accordance to the sales plan.
4- Conduct follow-up meetings/calls to clients to ensure delivery of products on time and according to their satisfaction.

Job requirements:

1- University Graduate ( Science / Vet / Pharmacy ).
2- 1-3 Years of Experience in the same field.
3- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.
4- Good Command of English.

II- Product Manager
Job Summary:

1- Managing product life cycle effectively.
2- Handling marketing campaigns, implementing and execution marketing plan.
3- Intiate and create marketing ideas to support the sales figures Communicate effectively with all EG dept. especially sales dept. Develop KOLS in different lines.

Job requirements:

1- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales position.
2- University graduate, prefer Medical background.
3- Excellent command of English.
4- Marketing oriented , hard worker, self motivated and high communication skills.

III- Line Managers
Job Summary:

1- Develop and Implement the annual plan for the respective product line.
2- Implement the operational plan of allocating manpower of the product line to the different market segments for implementing the plan as well as monitoring the key performance indicators for the product sales.
3- Monitor and report on monthly basis the sales performance indicators to the BU Manager.
4- Follow up the market changes and giving feedback on trends, competitors prices and services through regular field visits to key customers, meeting with staff members as well as participating in solving complaints of key/major strategic accounts.
5- Compile and prepare tenders formulated for clients including the Ministry of Health and Major Hospitals as well as smaller accounts including service strategy, pricing, positioning and holding some first line communication with decision makers in the account

Job requirements:

1- 5-6 years experience in the same/similar industry/Lines of Medical equipment.
2- 2-3 years in a similar managerial position (Sales/Territory/Region Manager).
3- Preferably with Multinational company exposure.

IV- Import Coordinator
Job Summary:

1- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers after the order processing in order to ensure orders shipment on time.
2- Get the necessary importation approvals by delivering the required papers, documents and files for the concerned governmental authorities to ensure smooth import procedures.
3- Handle payment procedures of every imported shipment.
4- Coordinate the final clearance procedures.
5- Maintain proper filing system for all documentation, invoices, packing.
6- Assist in recording incoming shipments data and update existing data in the Shipping Tracking System to ensure data validation and availability.

Job requirements:

1- University graduate.
2- Basic command in English Language.
3- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Logistics Customs Clearance.
4- Have strong knowledge of Customs laws & regulations.
